C.O.R.E. Life Ministry was born from a simple yet profound mission: to feed and support individuals struggling in marginalized communities. Our work began on the streets of Murrieta, California, where we handed out meals to those who were unhoused and underserved. As the need for resources grew, Destiny Community Resource Center was established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to expand this vital outreach.

When a member of our organization relocated to Columbus, Ohio, C.O.R.E. Life Ministry officially launched on September 11, 2023. We opened our doors with a vision to address hunger and homelessness in the impoverished Hilltop area. While our journey began with providing meals, it quickly evolved into a comprehensive support center offering clothing assistance, personal care services, and a safe, warm space during the harsh winter months.

Many of our team members have lived experiences similar to those we serve. This shared understanding fuels our compassion, strengthens our commitment, and drives our mission to help the helpless and offer hope to the hopeless. Through wraparound relationships, we address immediate needs while also building lasting connections that empower individuals and families to rise above their circumstances.
